God almighty will do the needful on time

We, the people of the Muzhagumoodu and Trithuvapuram Vicariate praying to the God Almighty to do the needful for the formation of proposed "Kuzhithurai Diocese" for the upliftment of our spiritual and social living. - the formation comittee

    Why this bishop peter remigious is not taking any steps for the formation of Kuzhithurai Diocese?
